As if blocking my funds wasn’t already frustrating enough, before they will release the withdrawal. They claim this surcharge helps expedite transactions, but withdrawals should not require special payments just to move forward. When I asked whether the fee could be deducted from the withdrawal amount, they refused, insisting it must be paid upfront. That refusal alone shows this is not a real surcharge. No legitimate financial platform expects users to prepay fees with no documentation and no proof of necessity. My withdrawal has been stuck ever since this charge appeared, and customer service refuses to provide any further details. At this point, the pattern is clear: Swisssborg is constructing artificial paywalls to stop users from accessing their own money.
