I’ve already followed all the necessary steps, provided the required documents, and my account was approved weeks ago. But now, they’re introducing this new fee. When I asked for a clear explanation, they just pointed to “regulatory requirements” without offering any documentation. This wasn’t mentioned when I signed up, and it feels like a tactic to delay my withdrawal. Has anyone else encountered this “final transaction fee”?

This wasn’t part of the original agreement, and it feels completely unfair. I’ve already done everything they asked, including submitting all documents and verifying my account. This new charge came out of nowhere, and when I asked for clarification, they couldn’t provide a proper explanation. It’s starting to feel like a scam.
