This was absolutely not part of the agreement when I opened my account; in fact, their website explicitly stated "no hidden fees." My account was approved swiftly, and I even funded it without any issues. This "withdrawal processing enhancement" fee emerged only when I initiated the transfer of my balance. It's a clear breach of their initial promises and feels like a deceptive practice to retain funds that are rightfully mine. I'm utterly frustrated by their evasiveness and lack of transparency.

They added a $1,650 “administrative clearance charge” just before releasing my funds. No prior notice, no explanation. I asked repeatedly for documentation and was ignored. I trusted this platform with my money, and now they’re stealing it under the guise of fake fees. This is a scam, plain and simple.
