This charge was never mentioned during registration, nor was it included in any of the documentation they provided. I’ve gone through every required step, submitted all documents, and received confirmation that my account was approved. Then, out of the blue, they email me saying this fee must be paid before my withdrawal can be completed. When I asked for a breakdown of the cost, they gave me generic excuses like “compliance regulations.” I can’t believe how dishonest this process has become. I feel misled and taken advantage of. Every time I think the withdrawal is about to happen, they throw a new barrier in front of me. I’ve read that others have experienced the same thing.
