I’ve been through four other “final” steps already, including paying a compliance fee. They’re now telling me that this is needed to certify my trading identity. That makes no sense—I already verified everything with passports, bank statements, and a live verification call. They gave me zero documentation about this supposed charge. I’m tired of jumping through hoops and getting nowhere. Is this just another fake barrier?

I’ve never heard that phrase in my life. Supposedly, my funds are “maturing” in the system and require this final fee before they can be released. I’ve already waited three weeks, completed verification, and even paid two earlier fees. Why is this only showing up now? I asked for a written explanation—they gave me a vague sentence about “liquidity routing.” It’s absurd. These made-up technical terms are clearly designed to confuse and stall users. I can’t believe I fell for this. If anyone else has dealt with this specific fee, please share your experience. I feel alone, scammed, and exhausted.
