I was stunned when I received that message. My account had already been verified weeks ago, I’d passed every single requirement they listed, and my withdrawal was marked as “approved.” Suddenly, they hit me with this new fee. There was no prior mention, no notice, and no policy outlining such a cost. Their customer service offered no explanation beyond “recent procedural changes.” They refused to provide documentation and said it must be paid externally—no deduction from my account allowed.
