Now they say the system flagged my account for an additional compliance layer—one that, conveniently, requires yet another fee. When I asked for policy documentation, they avoided the question entirely. This is clearly a tactic to prolong the process. I’ve been polite, patient, and cooperative—but all I’ve gotten in return is a string of invented charges. I’m angry and exhausted. Enough is enough.
