When I proved that I was the one who logged in, they shifted the goalposts and demanded a final fee to "re-verify" my security status. This is nothing more than a ransom demand for my own $743.59. A legitimate service would use multi-factor authentication to resolve these issues, not demand extra cash. NexoTradeX is operating like a criminal enterprise, using fear and technical confusion to manipulate their users. I will not accept any more "wait and see" instructions from the support staff. My funds belong in my wallet, not on your platform's balance sheet for you to use as you please. Release the hold now and stop trying to manipulate the situation to your advantage.
