“security audit fee” suddenly appeared on my withdrawal request from Fasterpay Fx

Not once was this fee mentioned during registration or in the terms I accepted. After completing all KYC steps, I expected no surprises, but this charge blocked my payout. Customer support failed to provide any proof or documentation when challenged. This is a blatant scam move to hold client funds hostage and extort more money. Avoid this platform.
