There was no mention of this previously. My account was cleared, and everything seemed in order. When I pushed for an explanation, they responded with vague compliance language and refused to provide documentation. I’ve used other platforms before and never encountered this. It’s beginning to feel like a systematic method to keep users from accessing their own funds.

Out of nowhere, they are asking me to pay a $2,100 “account maintenance fee.” I’ve done everything they asked: submitted documents, gone through verification, and everything was approved. Now, they say this new fee must be paid before my funds can be released. This wasn’t disclosed anywhere, and I’m getting frustrated. Every time I think I’m close to receiving my money, they introduce another unexpected charge. It’s becoming clear they’re just delaying the process.
