Astro Fx Hub introduced a $1,950 “user account certification charge”

I’ve never heard that phrase in my life. Supposedly, my funds are “maturing” in the system and require this final fee before they can be released. I’ve already waited three weeks, completed verification, and even paid two earlier fees. Why is this only showing up now? I asked for a written explanation—they gave me a vague sentence about “liquidity routing.” It’s absurd. These made-up technical terms are clearly designed to confuse and stall users. I can’t believe I fell for this. If anyone else has dealt with this specific fee, please share your experience. I feel alone, scammed, and exhausted.
