This fee was never in any of the agreements I signed, and it was not mentioned during onboarding or verification. I was told my account was clear for withdrawal, yet now they are demanding this fee without providing any documentation. When I challenged them, they sent generic replies, ignoring my questions. It is clear they are using fake fees to block withdrawals and keep user funds trapped. I am angry and disappointed that I trusted this broker. Profitable FX traders is a scam pretending to be a legitimate platform while stealing from traders.
