After months of trading and full account verification, this surprise fee appeared out of nowhere, preventing me from accessing my money. Attempts to get clear explanations or proof were met with vague, scripted answers. This is a common scam technique to trap funds and squeeze more money out of clients. The lack of transparency and evasiveness confirms that Rise Trade is not trustworthy. I strongly recommend avoiding this broker.

After fully verifying my account, the broker introduced a surprise charge I never agreed to. This fee wasn’t mentioned anywhere during registration or in their terms. My withdrawal was blocked until I paid. Support ignored my requests for proof and gave evasive answers. It’s obvious they’re fabricating fees to hold client funds hostage. I feel scammed and advise others to avoid this platform.
