I was told multiple times that my funds were on the way and that all compliance steps had been completed. I had even paid a previous fee they said was the final one. This new charge came with no warning or prior mention. When I asked for a contract clause or policy document, support gave me the usual generic reply about “internal policy protocols.” That’s not an answer. It’s another excuse. They’re clearly making it up as they go. Also, they refuse to deduct this from my account balance. Why? Because they don’t want to release the money at all. It’s become clear that EquinoxForexMarket is a sophisticated scam. They operate professionally until it’s time to withdraw—then the game begins. They will keep inventing reasons to block your funds. Don’t trust them.
