BIupreFX now says I need to pay a $2,350 "ledger adjustment fee."

Supposedly, my account shows “inconsistencies” that require a manual ledger reconciliation, and that process costs $2,350. This is outrageous. I never touched their ledger—I simply traded with their system. Any internal errors are on their side, not mine. They won’t let me access my funds until it’s paid. I don’t know what to do. Is this the final trick before disappearing completely? I need help or guidance urgently.
