This fee was never disclosed during registration or funding. I had completed all KYC and was told my account was approved. When I tried to withdraw, this new charge appeared without warning. Support gave no documentation proving its legitimacy and only sent scripted responses. It’s obvious they are fabricating fees to trap funds and extort more money. I feel cheated and strongly warn others to stay away.

Everything went fine until I asked to withdraw. Then suddenly, a mysterious “liquidity access fee” showed up. I scoured their website and found nothing about it. Support went radio silent after I refused to pay. I feel utterly cheated. These people are scammers, plain and simple.
