They claim this fee is related to system maintenance and international processing logistics. However, this fee wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the registration or verification process. It seems to have appeared out of nowhere, right as I asked to withdraw. I’ve already paid several other fees like “administrative review charges” and “AML processing fees,” but this one came with no prior warning. When I questioned them about why this fee is necessary, they only provided a vague response about “ensuring transaction stability.” I’ve never encountered a legitimate platform that requires such a fee, and I feel like they are just inventing charges to delay my funds. I’m seriously considering reporting them to regulatory authorities, but I would love to hear from anyone who has encountered this fee before.

I was about to withdraw when they added a last-minute “account unlocking fee” of $1,350. This wasn’t mentioned during registration or at any point before now. I’ve completed all the necessary steps, and now this new fee appears. It feels like they are just inventing charges to delay my withdrawal.
