This amount was never disclosed at signup or in their terms and conditions. I submitted all verification documents and was told my account was approved for withdrawal. When I made a request, they blocked it and introduced this new cost without explanation. Attempts to obtain official documentation or policy references were ignored or met with generic replies. This is clearly a scam tactic to trap traders’ funds and force additional payments. I am disappointed and feel scammed by this deceptive platform. Avoid UnixCapitals at all costs.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, the platform insisted on a “compliance verification charge” that was never disclosed. I had completed every verification step and was approved weeks ago. Now, they block my withdrawal and demand extra money. Support will not provide any formal policy regarding this fee. This seems like a ploy to delay payouts and steal funds.
