The moment I submitted a withdrawal request, they blocked it and claimed I must pay this additional fee, using “compliance checks” as an excuse while providing no documents to prove it was legitimate. I asked repeatedly for policy clarification, but they ignored my requests and sent generic template responses. It is clear to me that they are inventing hidden fees to delay or prevent withdrawals while hoping traders will pay out of fear of losing their funds.
